Golden Turmeric Latte (vegan & gluten-free)

Ingredients

  • cups almond, coconut or oat milk
  • 4 small pitted dates
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender (on high setting) for about 1 minute.
  • Pour into a small saucepan and gently heat for 3-5 minutes, or until it's a comfortable drinking temperature.
  • Pout into a large mug, add an extra sprinkle of black pepper and and drink!
