Golden Turmeric Latte (vegan & gluten-free)

Servings: 1 portion
- 1½ cups almond, coconut or oat milk
- 4 small pitted dates
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- Pinch of black pepper
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender (on high setting) for about 1 minute.
Pour into a small saucepan and gently heat for 3-5 minutes, or until it's a comfortable drinking temperature.
Pout into a large mug, add an extra sprinkle of black pepper and and drink!
