Vegan Spring Rolls with Tempeh
These fresh vegan spring rolls are such an easy meal.
Made with tempeh or tofu, they're high in plant protein and delicious.
Slice raw vegetables into thin sticks or shred.
In a bowl, combine peanut butter, tamari, unflavoured oil and water to create a smooth sauce.
Cut tempeh into strips and saute until golden.
Soften rice wrapper in warm water.
Add veggies and tempeh to one half, and fold wrapper tightly over itself.
Gluten free and vegan!

Repeat for as many as you like, then serve with dipping sauce and enjoy!
