- 1 banana
- 6 medium strawberries
- 2 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoon walnuts
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Optional
- Protein powder, cacao powder, maca, lucuma, ginger powder, vanilla powder or essence
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender with ⅔ cup water.
Blend on high for about 30 seconds (until the mixture is totally smooth and lump-free).
Serve and drink immediately.
