Ingredients
1banana
½heaped cupmango (fresh or frozen)
¼cupshelled hemp seeds or walnuts
½cupspinach (tightly packed)
1cupcoconut or almond milk
Optional
1scoopyour favourite vegan protein powder
½avocado
1teaspoonspirulina
1-2dates
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
Blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and drink immediately!
Notes
Note: Feel free to adapt this recipe to suit your own tastes. Some great additions include berries, nuts, maca, hemp or flax oil, chlorella, kale and ginger.
