Ingredients
1banana
2tablespoonhemp seeds
2tablespoonpumpkin seeds
¼cupwalnuts
¼cupunsweetened shredded coconut
1scoopplant-based protein powder (I like pumpkin or brown rice)
Pinch of sea salt
1¼cupswater or your favourite plant milk
Optional
2tablespooncacao or cocoa powder
¼cupunsweetened natural coconut yoghurt
1teaspoonmaca powder
¼teaspooncinnamon
¼teaspoonraw vanilla powder or essence
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blitz on high power for 30 seconds.
Pour into a glass and drink immediately!
