- 3 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice mix
- 1½ tablespoon maple syrup or date paste
- 1½ cups your favorite milk (I like oat milk)
- 1-2 shots espresso - skip for caffeine-free (or ¼ cup strong coffee)
- Ice
Add all ingredients except ice to a blender, and blitz for 10-15 seconds until fully combined. Pour into a tall glass over ice.
Optionally top with whipped cream, cinnamon sticks and an extra dash of pumpkin spice.
Pumpkin spice - If you don't have any, make your own pumpkin pie spice blend by mixing 1 tablespoon cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon each ginger, nutmeg & cloves.
Sugar-free - Try using stevia drops or xylitol for a sugar free version.
No blender? - Make this homemade pumpkin spice latte by whisking all ingredients together in a jug or bowl until combined.
Storage - freeze leftover pumpkin puree in ice cube moulds. Freeze until ready to use.
