How to Make Hemp Milk (2 ingredients - vegan)

If you've ever wondered how to make your own hemp milk at home, this easy recipe shows you how. Containing just 2 ingredients, it's vegan and oh so simple!

Servings: 4 cups (roughly)


  • ¼ cup shelled hemp seeds/hearts
  • 4 cups water


  • 3-4 small pitted dates (to sweeten)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon


  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. 
  • Blend on high power for 60 seconds, until the milk is creamy and frothy.

  • Use as needed and store in a jug in the fridge. Will keep for 3-4 days. Enjoy!
