Taking less than 30 mins, this homemade tomato soup with cherry tomatoes is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Slice onion roughly into 8 pieces.

Add onion, cherry tomatoes and garlic cloves to a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil.

Roast 25 mins until tomatoes have burst.

Add vegetables to blender with vegetable broth, basil and salt/pepper.

Blend until creamy!
