Made with tempeh, oil and salt, this recipe couldn't be simpler!

Taking less than 10 mins, this easy pan fried tempeh is perfect for a quick meal when served with your favorite vegetable dish.

Cut tempeh into small flat rectangles about ¾ cm thick.

Heat frying pan on and add about 1 tbsp oil.

When oil is hot, add tempeh and season with salt.

Fry for 3 mins until underside is golden, then flip over and add 1 more tbsp oil.

Fry another 2-3 mins until golden. Check taste and re-season if needed.

Serve cooked tempeh with your favourite noodles or vegetable dish!
