This 15 Minute Basil Pesto Pasta is the perfect weeknight dinner. All you need are a few simple ingredients and 15 minutes

Cook pasta, drain and return to pot to keep warm.

While pasta is cooking, add cashews to food processor and blend   until fine.

Add basil, crushed garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Process until combined but slightly chunky.

Add pesto to cooked pasta.

Toss to combine.

Serve with basil leaves or cherry tomatoes.
