This healthy blueberry baked oatmeal is made with just 6 ingredients for an easy breakfast.  Low sugar, vegan, naturally oil-free, and can be made banana-free too.

1. Mash bananas with hands or fork.

2. Add all other ingredients.

3. Mix well to combine.

4. Pour into an ovenproof dish, and press extra blueberries into the top.

5. Bake for 30 mins, or until golden and all milk has evaporated.

6. Cut into slices and serve with yoghurt, coconut whipped cream & berries.
