Place a bowl over a small saucepan of simmering water.

Add chocolate and allow to melt, stirring frequently.

Add room temperature coconut milk.

– Stir or whisk gently to combine.

Use immediately as an ice cream drizzle, or refrigerate until hard enough to frost cakes with.
