This easy Spinach Sauce for Pasta is made with fresh spinach and creamy coconut milk. One-pot, a blender and 10 minutes. The perfect vegan midweek dinner.

1) Add spinach, basil, coconut milk, garlic, lemon, nutritional yeast, salt & pepper to a blender.

2) Blend until sauce is smooth.

3) Simmer 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

4) Stir your fave cooked pasta into sauce.

5) Serve in bowls topped with basil, cheese and chili flakes.
