This low carb pizza crust is perfect for pizzas and flatbreads. Just 5 ingredients and takes minutes. Naturally vegan and gluten free.

1) Add chickpea flour, tapioca starch, dried herbs and salt to a bowl and whisk.

2) Add ¾ cup water, whisking thoroughly to avoid lumps.

3) Pour batter into hot, oiled cast iron pan.

4) Bake until pizza is firm but not golden.

5) Top pizza with tomato sauce, cheese and tomato slices.

6) Bake until cheese is melted.

7) Scatter with basil leaves and enjoy!
