A 20-minute tahini pasta sauce that's perfect for weeknight dinners.

With just 6 simple ingredients, this vegan pasta will keep you coming back for seconds!

When cooked, scoop out 1 cup cooking water before draining.

Boil pasta as per package instructions.

Whisk together tahini, garlic, oil, lemon zest, nutritional yeast & salt.

While pasta cooks, make sauce.

Add sauce and ½ cup pasta water to pan. Cook until water is absorbed (1-2 mins).

Stir in ¼ cup more of pasta water, and cook another 1-2 mins until smooth.

Stir pasta & basil leaves into sauce.

Divide between bowls and decorated with extra basil.
