With just a few simple pantry ingredients, these burgers make a great family summer dinner!

Mix ground flax with water until thick.

Mash black beans with potato masher.

Add flax, beans, onion, garlic, beet, corn, spices, thyme, flour & soy sauce to bowl.

Mix until combined.

Divide into 4 balls and shape into burger patties.

Fry burgers 4-5 mins each side until golden.
