These Vegan Fries with Poutine Gravy & Cheese Curds are simple to make and will satisfy that comfort food craving! Vegan, nut free and gluten free.

Blend tofu, tapioca starch & all other ingredients until smooth.

Cook in a pan for 10 mins - stirring frequently - until smooth & stretchy.

Slice potatoes into strips.

Toss in oil & salt on a baking sheet, and bake 30 mins until golden.

Blend all gravy ingredients, and heat gently in a pan for 15 minutes until bubbling.

Place fries in a large serving dish and top with cheese curds & gravy.

Optionally sprinkle over green onion.
