3tablespoonhemp seeds

Notes
Riced Cauliflower - I recommend using riced cauliflower for this smoothie bowl as it blends a little more easily than cauliflower florets or pieces. You can usually buy these frozen in places like Costco. And I promise you won't be able to taste it! The cauliflower just helps to add texture and thickness to the smoothie bowl (plus a load of extra nutrients).Protein Powder - For protein powder, you can use any you wish but I'd recommend using an unflavoured variety.(I personally really like Omega Nutrition's Pumpkin Protein Powder as I find it has no taste and no weird texture. Plus you only need to use a small amount per serving, so it doesn't overpower the smoothie!)
