Blend oats on high power until flour.

Loosen any flour that's stuck in jug.

Add bananas and milk.

Blend until smooth batter.

Pour 1/2 cup batter into oiled frying pan on medium heat.

Cook 2-3 mins until batter looks firm.

Flip pancake, and cook 2 more mins.

Flip pancake, and cook 2 more mins.

Serve with fresh fruit , maple syrup and coconut whip!
